A new joint offering between the Schools of Social and Health Sciences and Science, Engineering and Technology. Exercise, physical activity and balanced nutrition are becoming increasingly important for the promotion of healthy lifestyles. This degree prepares graduates for careers in roles promoting physical activity, nutrition and wellbeing. Teaching is underpinned by research and there is a strong emphasis on the links with industry.
Example modules - Nutrition Through the Lifespan; Psychology of Exercise and Health; Physical Activity and Health Promotion and Physiology of Lifestyle Diseases.
