Hull College has opted into the TEF and received a Bronze award.
The Foundation Degree in Three Dimensional Design is a distinct programme built around the critical needs of the creative industries. Students will combine hands-on projects in a studio environment with theoretical design thinking, with a focus around making and collaborative practice, developing the skills necessary to make valuable contributions to industry. We aim to develop the designers of tomorrow, today.
In the first year the focus will be autobiographical – you learn about yourself and what you are bringing to a space as a performer. You will learn about the methods and strategies of making performance using autobiography as your material. You are encouraged to question your attitudes, values and understandings and translate these discoveries into original performance work.
