Are you looking for a photography degree that will help you develop your own individual style behind the camera and put you on a path towards a creative career?

On our BA (Hons) Photography course you will have the opportunity to learn creative and technical skills from professional photographers, artists, curators and guest lecturers, and benefit from work experience at all levels of study.

Your hands-on work with conceptual and commercial briefs will also allow you to build your confidence and your portfolio, and ensure you graduate with sought-after skills.

We are a member of the Nikon Foundation and a corporate member of the Association of Photographers, and we have the facilities and experience to help prepare you for a bright future in photography.

The foundation year course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to continue onto your Honours degree. You will study a range of subjects that will underpin your future study and also gain valuable experience of university life, with full access to campus facilities. Successful completion of the year allows you to progress straight onto Level 4 of this course.
