Course summary

Computing HNC is highly regarded by employers and academic institutions and provides the opportunity for students with or without experience to develop a broad knowledge of computing. It is ideal for anyone at the beginning of their career or looking to improve their qualifications or career prospects.

Modules include programming, networking, professional practice, database design and development alongside the ever important topic of security.

You will need to undertake significant independent study outside of taught sessions. The Computing Systems Architecture and Software Development Lifecycles units are delivered on a self-study basis with online support and require significant independent study.
