Course summary

This course is designed for holders of a HND in Business or equivalent qualification. Students can obtain a full honours degree in one year. You will learn how to analyse an industry and understand how it is structured, the basis of its competition, how its supply chain works and how a company can develop a competitive strategy to succeed.

You will also develop skills in writing business reports, delivering clear and concise ideas through presentations, and thinking critically and creatively.

This degree is the first step on the ladder to building a firm foundation of business management knowledge. To progress, membership of a professional body is also useful and can assist with on-going learning, development, and networking. One such organisation is the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Bloomsbury Institute are Higher Education Partners with the CMI, and our students enjoy access to over 100 hours of e-learning modules, 400 videos and over 700 ebooks as a result of our partnership.
