That's exactly what our graduates have gone on to achieve, and with this course under your belt, there's every chance you can follow suit.
This top-up degree follows a modular structure and develops your learning and skills. At the heart of this course is a series of projects designed to develop your research skills and help you appreciate media make-up and related areas of visual culture. Students are encouraged to specialise in a particular make-up discipline and develop their skills in that area. As a result, you can expect to graduate from the course with a strong portfolio in your chosen field.
Modules you will study may include:
- advanced materials and techniques
- project by design
- contextual research and analysis
- professional portfolio

The programme is modular in design and assessment is continuous by mans of coursework. You will complete written assignments, journals and design presentations, as well as undertaking regular practical projects.

Applicants must have a Foundation Degree, HND or equivalent Level 5 qualification in an appropriate discipline with an average of 50% across all modules.
Students also require GCSE at grade A*-C (new grading system 9-4) in English Language and Maths or equivalent Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
