ARCHAEOLOGY: - Archaeology is the study of how people in the past interacted with their world, through a detailed study of their objects, sites and monuments and the contemporary uses of heritage. You will have the opportunity to gain practical fieldwork skills in the UK and also abroad. Recently students have worked in Cyprus, Greece, France and Iceland. BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT: - The study of business and management offers you a structured insight into both the theoretical and practical dimensions of organisations and management. You will benefit from our collaborative ties with local industry and commerce. Major employers make significant contributions across the degree programme.

Applicants will receive an offer conditional on attaining AAB. Applicants who achieve AAB are guaranteed entry. Applicants who achieve grades less than AAB but higher than BBB will be considered for entry.

|International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme||38 points||3 HL subjects at 6,6,6 including English AND a Humanities/Language subject. Whilst HL6 is preferred for English and Humanities/Language subjects, SL6 will be considered for ONE of the subjects.|
SQA applicants entering from S5 are required to achieve AAAAB by the end of S5. Applicants who achieve less than AAAAB by the end of S5 but achieved at least AABB MAY receive a conditional offer, but a decision will not be made on these applications until March once all applications have been reviewed. Conditional offers to these applicants will require them to achieve AAAAAA cumulatively by the end of S6.
