The BA (Hons) Acting degree at LMA is distinctive in that it is delivered by industry  professionals with an up-to-date knowledge, built around the workings and  idiosyncrasies unique to the acting profession. Our staff have direct links to many  leading industry figures and, as such, are able to provide guest lectures and  masterclasses that include Olivier, BAFTA, RTS and Academy Award winning  professionals. 

Within this course are two distinct pathways: 

● Acting 
● Screen Acting  

After your first year of study there is an opportunity for you to study modules in your second and third years that will allow you to specialise in a particular area using your pathway choice. You will, upon successful completion of these modules, at the end of your program of study have your pathway specialism acknowledged on your degree certificate and transcript. However, should you decide to follow a study route by taking different specialism modules you will, upon successful completion of your degree, attain the main subject degree

LMA Liverpool  You will study using world class facilities in a vibrant city that boasts international  football success, musical heritage and a cultural scene to rival any major city in the  world! 

LMA London (subject to site approval)  You will study in the creative hub of the capital surrounded by internationally renowned  creative and innovative artists and organisations with world class facilities.
