You will study vocational and professional modules from a range which may include:
Mandatory- Individual Project; Construction Technology; Science and Material, Construction Practice and Management; Legal and Statutory Responsibilities in Construction; Construction Information (Drawing, Detailing, Specification)
Optional- Principles of Refurbishment; Site Supervision and Operations
The course is assessed by written assignment, practical work and group project work.
