The programme offers training which is in line with the fundamental requirements of ORACLE and ADOBE (Vendor) programmes. The units studied will provide you with a range of technical skills such as Java, PHP, .Net, C++, SQL. You will also learn other skills such as systems analysis, database design, web design and development as well as 2D/3D modelling and animation. Pearson has designed the specification working closely with employers to ensure students have the opportunity to engage in real life skills and knowledge that are needed within the computing workforce.

On this programme you will study the following units: Project Design Implementation & Evaluation, Data Analysis & Design, Web Application Development, 3D Computer Modelling and Animation, Computer Games Design & Development, Distributed Software Applications, Information Systems in Organisations and Programming in Net.

Assessment method

Assessments will be through a mixture of assignments, coursework and examinations.
