Our business psychology degree will help you gain an understanding of business and management, as well as the psychology of individual and group behaviour at work.

You will acquire research skills, a broad scientific education in psychology, and a knowledge of the methods for investigating human behaviour. Through business simulations and case analysis, you will learn how to implement psychological theories in a business setting. Our psychology courses were rated number 1 in London for student satisfaction in the Complete University Guide 2018.

Year 1
Students are required to study the following compulsory modules.

International Business Functions (15 credits)
International Business Environment (15 credits)
Research Methods in Psychology 1 (30 credits)
Introduction to Psychology (30 credits)

Year 2
Students are required to study the following compulsory modules.

Business Ethics (15 credits)
Teams in Organisations (15 credits)
Research Methods in Psychology 2 (30 credits)
Cognitive Psychology & Neuroscience (15 credits)
Brain and Behaviour (15 credits)
Developmental Psychology (15 credits)
Social Psychology (15 credits)

Year 3
Students are required to study the following compulsory modules.

Career & Professional Practice (15 credits)
Psychology Project (30 credits)
Personality and Individual Differences (15 credits)
Psychopathology and Clinical Psychology (15 credits)
Organisational Psychology (30 credits)

Students are required to choose 15 credits from this list of options:
Leadership in Organisations (15 credits)
Negotiations (15 credits)

Assessment method

Students are assessed through portfolios, case studies, presentations, practicals, written assessments and exams.
