This innovative degree covers the fundamentals of business and management practice, with a particular focus on the logistics and challenges of supply chain management. Recognising that the competitiveness of modern organisations is dependent on their supply chains, this programme equips you with in-depth knowledge and understanding of a range of real-life business operations, including logistics, global supply chain modelling and the international trading environment. You will develop specialist skills relevant to the business operations and logistics management of public and private sector organisations, as well as gaining expertise in using the relevant software and technological tools for the sector. If you are interested in discovering the planning and design of business operations, while also exploring the supply chain influences that drive organisations, then this is the degree for you.

Assessment method

Throughout the programme there is a combination of different forms of assessment to test intellectual development, vocational capability and critical thinking. Coursework involves individual and group-based activities, case studies and problem-solving exercises. Examinations take a variety of forms, using both seen and unseen questions.
