Based within our Westminster Business School, a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) approved Centre of Excellence, our Human Resource Management research programme has strong interests in the following areas:
Skills, labour markets and programme evaluation; employment relations and employee voice; equality and diversity; and organisational change and culture.
Our monthly research seminars draw both external and internal speakers. Research students also benefit from a doctoral colloquium where they present their work and receive feedback from senior researchers in addition to their own supervisory team.
