University Centre Somerset - Bridgwater & Taunton College has opted into the TEF and received a Silver award.
The BA (Hons) Top-up offers Foundation Degree graduates the change to top-up their qualification to an Honours Degree. The course follows a modular structure and takes your learning and skills to a further level
during your course you will cover a range of topics which may include:
- strategic management and leadership
- management of change
- strategic marketing
- financial management
The course is assessed by means of 80% coursework and 20% tests or exams. Continuous assessment processes mean that individual and group assignments count towards your final grade, as do projects and formal written exams

Applicants must have a Foundation Degree, HND or equivalent Level 5 qualification in an appropriate discipline. Students also require GCSE at grade A*-C (new grading system 9-4) in English and Maths or Equivalent Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
Applicants with English as their second language must have minimum IELTS Level 6 or equivalent.
