Awarded by: Staffordshire University
The Single Honours LLB Degree in Law, awarded by Staffordshire University, will provide you with a study of law which meets the requirements of the legal profession (the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board) to provide the academic stage of training. The LLB also provides partial exemption from the academic qualification required by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). The degree has been designed to encourage you to think critically about the law and to develop your skills in research and communication. It is, therefore, not simply about training students for careers in the legal profession. The LLB is also an excellent qualification for a whole range of careers, including: paralegal, finance, commerce, education, management consultancy, business management and HR roles.
