Our construction management degree provides a solid platform for careers in project management within the building and construction industries.
Modules include contract administration and construction law, as well as engineering principles. By the end of the course, you'll know how to manage the complex design and construction processes of major building projects and ensure all parties work to a co-ordinated plan.
This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building, which means you can work towards chartered membership as a chartered construction manager or chartered builder.
Each course has formal assessments which count towards your grade. Some courses may also include ‘practice’ assessments, which help you monitor progress and do not count towards your final grade.
Professionally accredited courses provide industry-wide recognition of the quality of your qualification.

From A-levels or BTEC National Diploma, DVCE or Advanced GNVQ grades, or equivalent qualifications.
You will also require GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths at grade 4 or above (for pre-2017 GCSEs, grade 4 equates to C grade). Equivalents will be considered.
