This creative and practical course provides opportunities for you to explore the art, craft and practice of fiction, documentary and experimental filmmaking, and the design and production of moving image design work for film, television, advertising, commerce and education. Live client briefs, national student competitions and networking with industry are an important part of the programme. Small group sizes allow high contact with tutors and easy access to a wide range of production equipment. Following a broad introduction to the fundamentals of filmmaking and moving image design and access to a diverse programme of production activities and technical workshops you will develop your specialism and increase your awareness of film media, genres and forms of moving image design. BA (Hons) Film-Making & Creative Media Production HSAD has a wide range of film, HD and digital video cameras for single and multi-camera productions and workshops. We have flexible, well-equipped production and post-production studios, green screen facilities, photographic studios and construction workshops.
