This course will introduce you to practical skills in construction technology and allow you to develop the best way to learn, interpret data and understand the theories of construction management and property development. You’ll evolve a deeper knowledge of construction management and property development through interdisciplinary professional practice and independent study.

|UCAS Tariff||96 - 112 points||Your offer will be based on your predicted grades from your core A2s (full A levels), BTEC Diploma etc including Grade C in A level (or equivalent qualification) in Maths, Physics, Science or another related subject. We will accept up to 16 points towards the total from level 3 qualifications such as AS (where those AS levels are not taken on to A2 level), the Extended Project, or Music qualifications.
