This course is onw of two pathways are available; one being the International Travel and Tourism Management route and the other being International Hospitality Management. Designed to offer specialisms relating to future careers and provide the skills and expertise sought after by the industry. Edexcel BTEC Level 5 HNDs provide nationally recognised qualifications offering career progression and opportunities to progress into higher education. This course is designed for those wishing to prepare for a career at professional / management level in travel and tourism management.
At the end of the course students have the opportunity to celebrate their achievement with a full graduation ceremony at Chichester Cathedral.
The course comprises eight core and eight optional units. Students may be able to select their optional units and so design a study pathway towards their particular career interests. This course provides students with the skills and expertise sought after by industry professionals. Year 1 comprises the HNC (Level 4 Higher National Certificate) qualification. Students can then progress on to the second year HND (Level 5 Higher National Diploma).

Assessments will be scheduled and published at the beginning of each unit and will comprise a mixture of presentations, group work, work based learning, practical assessment, examinations, and written assignments.
The method of assessment has been designed to encourage continuous written and verbal feedback throughout the course to ensure he highest grade attainable for each unit in conjunction with the highest quality education.
