Kick-start your career in human resource management with our Foundation Degree in Business Management (Human Resources). With the emphasis on developing solid management and leadership skills, this programme also prioritises experiential learning through a 96-hour work placement. It benefits from Chartered Management Institute accreditation, allowing you to gain the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and eventually gain coveted Chartered Manager status. Progression to our one-year BA (Hons) top-up programme would lay the perfect foundation for careers such as HR adviser, HR officer, HR co-ordinator or HR business partner. Past graduates are now working for blue-chip employers, including BAE, Tesco and the NHS.
