The thrill of creating the ‘illusion of life’ is always a rewarding one. If you love the thought of giving life to inanimate objects using 2D, 3D and stop motion animation - whether they are hand drawn pictures, a stop motion puppet, CGI models or found objects - this course could be for you.

On successful completion of study, we will issue the following award: BA (Hons) Animation
Year 1 (Core) Animation Fundamentals, Applied Timing and Movement, Sculpture for Animation, Animated Film Language.
Year 2 (Core) Character Animation and Implementation, Audio, Sound and Score for Animation, Film Shorts and Stings, Animation Debates.
Year 2 (Options) Experimental Animation, Digital Compositing, From Script to Screen, Animation Collaboration Brief.
Year 3 (Core) Individual Short Animation, Animation Futures & Destinations, Animation Declarations, Final Major Signature Project
