The content is designed to allow students to gain major exemptions from the examinations of the key professional accounting bodies in the UK (ICAEW/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA) in order to enhance employability and potentially reduce the time to full qualification as an accountant. Teaching takes place at the Queen's Park Campus.

A formal three hour examination forms the major part of assessment. However other forms of assessment are also used in each module, including: coursework, reports, group projects, live case studies, presentations and practical in-session IT competency tests.
