BA (Hons) Business Management and Human Resource Management Combine HR skills with strong business acumen so that you can add strategic value to any organisation. This course leads not only to a highly regarded degree but also to qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI). During this course you will learn how to create HR policies and strategies which engage employees, nurture talent and improve business performance. Is this course for you? As part of your studies, you can gain Level 5 Diplomas from the CIPD and CMI to enhance your credentials. How you will learn All your learning is underpinned by our exceptional professional networks. This culminates in a live consultancy project with an employer, where you can showcase your HR, research and problem-solving skills.
