Validated by Sheffield Hallam University. The structure of this vocationally unique course is like no other in the UK. Student actors will work from the outset within a professional touring theatre company. You will gain knowledge and experience of performance skills and experience the development of a fully functioning professional theatre company. This will provide graduating actors with the skills, experience and knowledge to be a truly entrepreneurial artist.

Modules include: Professional Preparation and Performance; Film and TV Acting; Touring Theatre Realisation; Independent Production Pathway – which offers a choice of Dissertation, Creative Writing, Directing or Performance. All assessments will be based on vocational scenarios and practical projects. You will be assessed as a performer in a variety of circumstances but will also need to collate and record your progress through journals and research projects. There are no end exams on the course.
