The BSc Public Health and Health Promotion degree courses equip you with the knowledge and skills to work within the public health workforce both in the UK and internationally. The World Health Organization and all of the world’s governments are supporting the expansion of health promotion and public health. Graduates who understand how to prevent illness and how to improve people’s health and wellbeing are increasingly sought after.
The foundation year aims to provide you with a good understanding of how the health and wellbeing of individuals, communities and populations can be improved. It is the first year of a four year programme which introduces you to study at the University and your chosen subject, in a highly supportive environment.
