The course offers high quality practical and intensive technical training to expand, unleash and develop performance skills and create students who act as agents of change and development in the performing arts industry. The course aims to give students of all ages and backgrounds an opportunity to study and develop their performance and acting skills within a wide range of mediums, from live performance through to TV and film. Students receive assistance from the college in many ways, this includes television preparation and showcases, audition preparation and audition alerts. The Arden is also unique because it has its own agency which represents all students and has string links with Beverley Keogh Casting, acclaimed for their work with shows such as The Street, The Accused, Shameless and Scott and Bailey. The course is designed to be diverse, practical and industry relevant to reflect careers within the performing arts and acting profession. At the end of the course students will take part in a professional mini-showcase which is attended by casting agents and industry professionals.
