The BTEC Higher National qualifications in Construction and the Built Environment (Surveying Pathway) are aimed at students with a financial and legal focus within the construction or civil engineering sector.
Students will complete the following units on this programme: Construction Technology, Science & Materials, Legal & Statutory Responsibilities in Construction, Surveying, Measuring & Setting Out, Individual Project, Construction Practice & Management, Measurement & Estimating, Financial Management & Business and Group/individual tutorial.
Through written assignments, presentations and laboratory work.

An Access to Higher Education Diploma in relevant area
Related work experience will be considered in place of formal qualifications
