Bournemouth and Poole College has opted into the TEF and received a Bronze award.
This programme is for students interested in furthering their performance skills and gaining a deeper knowledge of Music Theatre, Contemporary Theatre, or Dance depending on the pathway chosen.
Each pathway comprises a mixture of practical and theoretical sessions with a strong emphasis on the integration of both. Tutors include a wide range of specialists from the College’s large, full-time Performing Arts team, supplemented by an intensive work experience project and a programme of workshops led by visiting industry professionals. Students will be continually assessed through a series of practical performances, written assignments, and oral presentations. There is an expectation of 100% attendance to pass the programme. Please note that auditions are held to determine suitability to the chosen pathway.
