The course is a combination of design, technology and the science of architecture, sustainability and construction, complemented by a recognised professional qualification. It is founded on the core subject knowledge requirements of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. What makes it unique is its live projects, advanced technical design and integrated environmental approach to the application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology and building simulation systems, which have been carefully nurtured since the course began.
