Based within our Westminster Business School, our leadership and development research programme has strong interests in the following areas: Psychological approaches to organisations; employability and enterprise; theory and practice of leadership; leadership development (including CPD); organisation development; and the psychology of the workplace. These areas are linked together by common belief in the importance of reflective practice at all levels of education and development. Our monthly research seminars draw both external and internal speakers. Research students also benefit from a doctoral colloquium where they present their work and receive feedback from senior researchers in addition to their own supervisory team.
How to apply
If English is not your first language you must demonstrate English language skills to the equivalent of IELTS 6.5 at commencement. We will then expect you to undertake courses to develop your English language competence to the equivalent of IELTS 7.0 in your first year of study.
