University of Brighton has opted into the TEF and received a Silver award.
This course, accredited by the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (IMA), is a blend of theory and real-world practice. Students learn to understand technical maths and communicate it in a clear way, and apply maths and statistics in a wide range of contexts using sophisticated software such as Maple, R and SAS. The opportunity to undertake a professional placement builds experience and enables students to make industry connections. The mathematics department at the University of Brighton has SAS Academy status.

We will generally make you an offer if your predicted grades are at the top of this range. If your predicted grades are towards the lower end of this range we may still make you an offer if you have a good GCSE (or equivalent) profile or relevant non-academic achievements.
