On this course you will explore the inter relationship between the wider organisation and the human resource management function.

You will be assessed through a variety of assessment methods, including, essays, presentations, research tasks, projects and case studies.
Qualified teacher status (QTS)
To work as a teacher at a state school in England or Wales, you will need to achieve qualified teacher status (QTS). This is offered on this course for the following level:
