The BA (Hons) Law and Psychology degree has been designed to give you a challenging appreciation of both disciplines, spending an equal time on both disciplines. As well as an insight into how we think and why we act the way we do, you will also gain awareness of core legal principles and how to apply the law. The legal elements focus on some of the key issues of individual rights and the way in which the criminal justice system works. In parallel you will look at different psychological perspectives culminating in a consideration of some broader themes relating to society and organisations. Studying both disciplines together will give you the chance to understand the world of social values and behaviours from different perspectives.
