An optional placement or internship – in the UK or overseas – helps you develop your knowledge, understanding, skills and experience to prepare you for a career in culinary management. There is also the chance to join our short study visits abroad or to spend time studying with one of our international partners.
Culinary Management is part of the Centre for Contemporary Hospitality and Tourism which is an International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE). Please note that for September 2020 the first year and second year of your course will be studied at our Buxton Campus and then all future years of study will be at our Derby Campus. If you are commencing your studies in September 2022, you will study the full duration of your course at our Derby Campus.
