The FdA Dance is validated by The University of West London and accredited by the Council For Dance Education and Training. Students engage with a variety of dance techniques in carious classical, commercial and contemporary genres contextualised with teaching practice, development of creative practice and rigorous academic study. The programme is underpinned with daily technique classes.
The FdA consists of 12 modules - Dance History, Choreography 1, Commercial Techniques 1, Community Dance 1, Contemporary Techniques 1 and Performance Project 1, Choreography 2, Classical Techniques, Commercial Techniques 2, Community Dance 2, Contemporary Techniques 2 and Performance Project 2.
