You will be offered the opportunity to participate in trips and visits during the course. These are designed to aid your coursework and enhance your ability to achieve.
Assessment method
Teaching is a mixture of classroom based lessons, e-learning, tutorials and self-study. You should expect to spend a minimum of 10 hours per week in independent study. Each unit is assessed using a variety of methods including, written assignments, presentations, and practical activities and demonstrations. There are no external examinations. The assessment will develop your work related skills such as analysis, problem solving, decision making, communication and presentation skills. These will enhance your self-confidence allowing you to progress your career aims.

BTEC Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma in Travel & Tourism OR
Equivalent Level 3 qualification.
