This programme aims to provide education and training for a range of careers in 3D design. It also provides opportunities for 3D designers to achieve a nationally recognised Level 4 vocationally specific qualification.
Higher National Certificate - HNC
On this programme you will study the following mandatory core units: Visual Communication in Art and Design, Ideas Generation and Development in Art and Design, Contextual and Cultural Referencing in Art and Design, Professional Practice in Art and Design and the following optional units: Design Method ,Critical Study in Art and Design ,Interior Design ,Drawing Techniques and Processes in Art and Design.
We use a wide range of assessment methods throughout the course. You will be encouraged to assess yourself and others as part of your studies. The course values self-evaluation and the ability to reflect on learning. You will receive regular verbal and written feedback throughout the year and there are key assessment points when summative feedback is provided.
