This programme will suit students who want to develop their skills and knowledge of the Construction industry. This course has three subject pathways that you can chose to study:

Quantity Surveying: This programme will help you prepare for a range of job roles such as quantity surveyor, contact manager or construction manager. Completion of the programme will allow the potential for future career advancement and progression to a related HND programme.

Construction Management: This programme will suit students who work in the Construction industry and wish to develop the required academic knowledge and practical skills. The recognised progression route for this programme is the second Year/Level 5 of the BSc (Hons) Construction Management.

Civil Engineering: This programme will help you prepare for a range of higher technician roles within the Civil Engineering sector. Completion of the programme will allow the potential for future career advancement and progression to a related HND programme.

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) PPP
GCSE/National 4/National 5 Five GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications). We also consider equivalent qualifications and combinations.

Entry criteria detail a typical offer but the College considers all applications on an individual basis which means that we could make offers based on qualifications, personal profile and experience. If you have any queries regarding your offer, please contact our Admissions Team. Typical offer: 1 A Level at E Grade or PP/PPP profile from a BTEC Level 3 qualification and five GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
