This three-year course prepares students for a wide range of roles from general management to specialist careers in employment legislation, employee relations, consultancy, pay and benefits, recruitment and selection, and training and development. This course is specifically designed to equip students with a comprehensive foundation in the principles of business and how specialist marketing topics such as consumer psychology and market research can strategically support business objectives. There is the opportunity to transfer to the four-year Business Management BSc(Hons), which provides a salaried placement year and Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Management and Leadership.
