This course will equip you with the skills you need to work in the dance and fitness industries. On this exciting course you will gain practical skills in dance and exercise as well as industry-recognised fitness qualifications each year. This means that you can diversify your career options by working in gym settings after your first year, and on graduation you will be able to work not only as a dance artist but also in personal training and exercise prescription contexts for a range of conditions from obesity to angina. Underpinned by studies in exercise, the focus of the course is on your development as a dance artist with the additional skills to work in fitness and wellness contexts.
