Course summary
Overview Risk management is a crucial part of running any business. If you can manage day-to-day business problems and remain calm in the face of a crisis, you may have what it takes to work in the field of risk and crisis management. You'll explore topics including counter-terrorism, political violence, and emerging and strategic risks. You’ll work with various viewpoints from within a business during the simulation. Accredited by This course is accredited by The Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
