Throughout the course, modules will cover a variety of subjects, a few examples include: Introduction to Audio and Video Journalism, Public Affairs, Broadcast News Reporting, Step into Industry, The Professional Broadcast Journalist, Introduction to PR and Communications, and Podcasting. Assessment method

Each module is assessed separately and involves practical assessments such as essays, project work, competency portfolios, placements, presentations and skills assessments. You’ll also be assessed through formal examinations and class tests. Over the three years, you’ll gradually increase your study skills, production and presentation techniques.

As a guide and to enable you to plan your finances, the fees for Home undergraduate students for 2025 are £9535 .The current expectation is that the University may increase this for future and subsequent years of study in line with inflation and as specified by the Government.
