This course will help you to grow into a media-savvy marketer with the confidence to respond to rapid market changes, develop data-driven and value-driven marketing strategies, build creative campaigns and convert customer targets into leads – while managing and leading diverse marketing teams around the world. Drawing on real case studies, you'll also explore emerging technologies for customer relationship management, and examine the extent to which big data will replace traditional market research and marcomms in the future.
