Course summary
The BA (Hons) Education and Early Years course is a pathway for students wishing to pursue careers in education and primary teaching. Graduates of this degree are recognised by the DfE as having a full and relevant qualification which meets the DfE criteria to be counted into Ofsted ratios as a qualified practitioner. This course will enable you to develop the knowledge and skills to become an effective high-quality professional working with children. Students will complete professional placements within educational settings as part of their course. Modules are delivered by a team of expert lecturers with extensive professional experience in early years and primary school education. You will be taught through a variety of hands-on and engaging lectures, seminars, creative and practical workshops.

Assessment method

UCAS Tariff - 88 - 96 points
We also accept Grade B from CACHE Diploma Level 3 in Child Care and Education. DBS check and process organised by UCO during enrolment, registration and induction. DBS clearance required before any work placement can commence. The DBS will be paid for by the applicant. Attend interview as required.
