Course summary

Through studying a Psychology degree at BGU you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the scientific nature of the subject and of its wider cultural and social impact. This course will develop your understanding of psychology and its theories of the mind, emotions and behaviour and become familiar with how these theories are applied in our lives, communities and societies. You will study a broad range of modules including Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. Qualification requirements

Application for this course is via UCAS, although there is no formal requirement for UCAS points to access the course (however, normally GSCE English or equivalent is desirable). Once the Admissions Team have assessed your application, we may contact you for further information and in some scenarios an academic interview may be required to assess your suitability for the course. Different degree subjects may have specific entry requirements to allow you to progress from the Foundation Year. Whilst not a condition of entry onto the Foundation Year, you will need to have met these by the time you complete the first year of this four year course. The Foundation Year syllabus does not include any specific element of upskilling in English language and you are not entitled to apply for Accredited Prior Learning, RPL into a Foundation Year. Psychology courses require GCSEs in English Language and Maths at grade C/4 or above to meet the accreditation guidelines.
