Graduate Entry A Scots law degree is not only the first step towards qualifying as a lawyer but is also an excellent springboard to many other professions, particularly those related to business and finance. This direct entry route for law, allows you to complete the LLB in two years if you already have a degree Fully accredited by the Law Society of Scotland, the LLB will enable you to apply for the Diploma in Legal Practice (also known as PEAT 1), the next step on the way to becoming a qualified solicitor or advocate in Scotland.
