Your time at Staffordshire University London will prepare you to enter a range of employment roles related to the wider discipline of Computer Science. Our unique location and emphasis on enterprise-university collision will have you ready to work as a: Data Analyst, Database Administrator, Information Systems Manager, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Web Designer, Web Developer, and more. The University has extensive links with companies such as Microsoft, CISCO, Merakai, Juniper, Google, and Amazon, to name a few. You will find on the course that we arrange regular visits from such companies to introduce new technologies and equally to deliver guest lectures for you to attend. The course will prepare you to enter a range of employment roles related to the wider area of computer science. Our approach leads you through the basics of Computer Science in your first two years at our university. Between your second and final years there is an opportunity for you to take a work placement year, where you will apply and improve your skills and knowledge and ultimately enhance your employability.
