How did the French Revolution lay the groundwork for modern human rights legislation? What impact did the Salt March have on the nonviolent movements of the present? Gain the ability to decipher today's most complex political issues, backed by an in-depth understanding of their historical contexts. You’ll analyse historical events and political systems from medieval times to modern day, all while considering how societies function in a range of geographical locations. Choose from a wide range of modules encompassing medieval history, diplomatic studies, religious history, political sociology and economy, environmental politics, and more. Why study this course?
