Course summary
The influence of machine learning and big data on business decision-making is greater than ever. Here, you’ll discover how to convert data into game-changing solutions. We live in a world driven by data, AI and machine learning. Organisations are generating and capturing trillions of bytes of information from touchpoints with customers, supply chains and businesses all over the world, meaning there’s a high demand for those able to convert that data into insights – enabling companies to offer innovative solutions for their consumers. During your time at Regent's, you’ll learn how to code, programme and control large, complex data sets with professional algorithms – mastering the art of data analysis, trend identification, problem solving and effective communication. Using analytical tools like Python, R, Excel/VBA and Power BI, you’ll also develop the skills to interpret, conceptualise and convert that data into valuable consumer insights – identifying market trends and patterns and using them to drive business strategy and decision making. From this, you’ll create powerful solutions that can increase sales, enhance customer experiences and develop new products that meet consumer needs. In your final term, you’ll delve deep into customer and artificial intelligence, taking on either a professional placement, consultancy project or dissertation – enabling you to network and work alongside real industry players. Graduate business-ready From global organisations to new start-ups, studying in London offers opportunities to engage with all aspects of the business and tech arena –gaining valuable work experience and meeting influential industry contacts. You'll join bootcamps and masterclasses to learn to think like a leader and changemaker, and work on live briefs that are commissioned and evaluated by real companies looking for new projects, ideas and talent. You'll graduate with a practical and future-facing education that's data-driven and tech engaged – skilled at leading others and managing change.
