The course covers key legal areas while encouraging critical thinking about the role of law in shaping society. This qualifying law degree is designed for students who want to pursue a legal career or develop a strong legal foundation for roles in business, public service or further academic study. What you’ll study You’ll build a solid foundation in law, while gaining professional skills valued across legal, commercial and public sectors, including legal research, case analysis, critical reasoning, problem solving and professional communication. Modules offered can vary each year but may include: • Contract Law • Criminal Law • Public Law • Land Law • Equity and Trusts How you’ll learn • Teaching through lectures, seminars and workshops focused on legal principles and case based learning • Assessment through essays, exams, problem based tasks, presentations and research projects • Academic support through personal tutors, skills development sessions and small group teaching You’ll also have access to digital learning resources that support independent study and assessment preparation.
